The Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA) is dedicated to fostering collaboration among arbitration professionals and businesses in Turkic countries. With a focus on our shared historical heritage and rich traditions, TAA aims to promote arbitration and build a strong regional arbitration community.

Turkic Arbitration Association connects countries with  genuinely common cultural and historic roots to build new paths in global world of international arbitration. By bringing arbitration professionals from the Turkic countries together, our ambition is establish a Turkic arbitration community both for the benefit of the global international arbitration market and, more specifically, to practice arbitration in the Turkic countries.

Further, mutual influences within Turkic arbitration community will have significant positive impact on efficient development of international arbitration. The latter, as the most preferred way of resolving commercial disputes almost in every economic sector,  will contribute to development of entrepreneurial activity in the Turkic countries and continue to attract foreign direct investments into their economies.
